100% agree.
America actually keeps it secrets relatively secret, several Russian pieces of equipment have been added to the game that have never been seen in real life only in brochures of their claims. Entire declassified manuals will release on American equipment that’s referenced in bug reports and goes ignored. Meanwhile i see fresh accounts submitting snipping tools screenshots of text from “sources” on Russian equipment that is eventually accepted and added to the game/changed.
It is obviously a sense of pride issue among others. In all reality if the game was balanced properly and russian vehicles performed properly they would be among the lowest win rates. They are already implementing US Aircraft on a 30 year gap to russian aircraft. Tanks as well are missing entire systems. M1 Abrams should have auto tracking, and targeting of specific systems (which they can do IRL). Even the old 1970s missiles for the US are missing tons of features. Boresight mode? Home on Jam? Why do we not have HARM missiles?

contradicting yourself in less than a paragraph, amazing. not only is the US not secretive at all, it also keeps boasting about its weapons all the time, and you can find a mountain of info from former and current service members on websites like Quora et all, which always surprised me because if you were in the french airforce and did this you’d be in massive trouble.
US players would still suck shit and their winrate would still be in the toilet, again theres a reason US mains are widely derided as being delusional and youre the textbook example. US vehicles are still excellent and capable, the players just cant figure out how to improve and refuse to learn from mistakes. No amount of balancing or fixes can change the playerbase, sorry.

a later version of AIM 9-M is all we need where on i believe aim-9M-4 as current one in game is mid The aim-9-7 would be fine probabaly

Dont get me wrong. I want ASRAAM. But in the meantime. I think we can maintain a degree of performance without adding a Aim-9M (late) to the game. Especially as I think its something they totally refuse to add anyway. They wouldnt even add the RAF’s De-chirped Aim-9Ls which are just Aim-9Ls with extra lock range.

It’s also relatvie to how fast you are going and from the point of launch command how quickly it starts tracking. I do believe in game the A and B model have a slight tracking delay.
The C model rectifies this shortcoming.

Russian UFO with r-73s? I mean, sure the flankers are overperforming in sustained rate at medium to high ish altitude, but even then it hardly compares to something like the rafale or eurofighter
Yes. Your AMRAAM doesn’t pull shit and then the flanker does a backflip and launches an R-73 3 km’s away. Flare everything and die.
Don’t get me wrong. I think flankers are cool and everything but when i fire my 35G AMARAAM 2 km’s away that pulls less than a sparrow, you should die.

You do know the reason why is because early AMRAAMs had a massive tracking delay? Like, the aam4 is less gs, (32) but pulls much more than AMRAAMs close range because their tracking delay is half (.3 seconds) of the amraam tracking delay (.6 seconds). G pull is also dependant on fin aoa and speed through the air, at low speeds it wouldn’t be able to pull the fin aoa required to hit 35 gs unlike something like an r-77 that has much higher fin aoa.
