AMD Radeon 9070 and 9070XT issues

FW190_940

Hey everyone!
We’re aware of a crash happening to players with AMD Radeon 9070 and 9070 XT GPUs on DirectX 12 with the latest drivers (26.10.41.01) and are working on a fix. In the meantime we recommend either temporarily switching to DirectX 11 via the launcher or rolling back to a previous driver version. Thank you for your patience.

I thought I was going to have to reinstall Windows. Its a shame there’s no FSR on DX 11.

Why is the SSAA not allowed with frame generation? There shouldn’t be any technical reason behind it as the Fluid Motion Frames works just fine.

Me seeing this on Macbook (War Thunder won’t be available next year for us).

wait really?

Yeah so Rosetta, the program that translates certain apps code in to code that Apple devices can understand is going away 2027. Here’s some more on it: Rosetta 2 Discontinue Soon, so is MacOS Player of War Thunder

Nice to see that you are aware of the problem. First, I thought that I was causing the problem by myself by deleting the dxcache one day before the crash. In the meantime, I switched back to DX11 without seeing a big difference to DX12, and now I have 20% more FPS.
