why do I have to buy already owned camouflage again?
If this is a bug, how do I go about “unbugging” it?
One example:
I have noticed this also with my other aircraft, not just this one.

You did not unlock this camouflage - there were no requirements attached to it, which is why you were able to use it before. Once such requirements have been added, in order to use it, you must first complete them (as with other camouflages).
