as the title of this post states, all f16s should get sparrows, this f16s being the 12.3 to 13.0 ones as having only short range missiles is not fun
some of this f16s get irccm missiles but again, this are short range missiles, any aircraft with some sort of fox 1 (or fox3 if you are unlucky) can just keep you away by firing their longer range missiles forcing you to go deffensive, this is not fun, therefore i suggest that all f16s should get aim7Ms or aim7Fs so they have at least one weapon that has more range than throwing a rock at someone
Sparrows in F-16A? u want to use a dogfighter for BVR or wtf?
F-16s with IRCCM missiles are the best, im not even gonna talk about the belgian F-16A OCU with Magic 2s at 12.7 with the exact same loadout as the 13.0 F-16 with only AIM-9Ms.
skill issue, F-16s are made for dogfighting and nothing else, if u can’t dogfight in a F-16 u have a skill issue. even things at higher BRs (like Gripen A at 13.0 vs. 12.3) can dogfight perfectly many targets (and that things face better Fox-3s than the ones u’re complaining about, which are literally just AMRAAMs AKA the worst Fox-3 ingame).
grinding F-16s nowdays is quite unnecessary such as grinding MiG-29s or Mirage 2000s, meta is Su-30, Rafale (and F-15 if u’re skilled).
i played the 12.7 f16, the one with magics, playing that plane is what made me make this post
no skill issue at all! there is nothing a “dogfighter” can do against a fox 3 larper or su33, specially if said larper doesnt even get close to you to be able to engage, dogfighting is dead and long range missile spammers killed it, or if somehow you manage to survive into an egagement with a plane like the su33, woa point blank r73 be upon ye
there’s something called ground and something called multipathing, if u didn’t know.
yeah ofc a Su-33 will somehow manage to get behind u and launch a R-73 at point blank, just like u probably don’t know how to flare a gatewidth missile.

here u have one of my YT videos playing with a plane 0.7 BR higher than the french-belgian F-16A 6 months ago, and the stock grind is pretty similar to play with a knife-fight jet like the 12.3 F-16A but at higher BR.
sure i have Derby with me, but that sh*t rarely hits (at least 6 months ago it was absolute trash, i would have preferred AIM-120A instead of that).

Kfir C.10 is 0.3 BR lower which means u don’t need to face ugly OP Fox-3 carriers like Su-27SM or F-15C MSIP II
also it has quite good characteristics and it was the first plane with a PESA radar iirc.
however and again, this video was 6 months ago, even before Su-30MK2/MKK and other toptier jets joined the band.
