Airfield distance between the battlefield in ground battles is to short

So with some of the maps in ground battles, its almost impossible to take off without getting shot at by a Pantsir. I don’t mind fighting Pantsirs but not being able to even take off a couple hundred feet before getting shot at is a bit ridiculous.

Yeah sometimes I spawn in a tank and I get bombed in my spawn as soon as I move, weird that.

I agree. At lower BRs you can get shot at by AA if you stray more than 1km away from the battleground.

Moving the airfield back would benefit tankers as well, as it increases the time between bomb drops due to longer rearm cycles.

Agree, triple the distance would be way more reasonable.

I get having good SAMs help ground units but moving the airfield back would also help them as well.

Indeed, and if the air-spawn was removed then it would be even better. Perhaps maybe tinker with the idea of removing markers for friendlies and enemies for aircraft so they have to actually get closer and get a good look at what they are about to bomb.

The problem with that is you would be basically turning it into simulator battles. It would also ruin the purpose of weapons that would then be useless.

I hate the fact that the trees do not render and can see every vehicle super clear. Yet the trees we normally do not care about which are far and not in the battlefield are the ones rendering…why?

meanwhile those in the field using a SPAA, trees get in the way lol especially this map.
