can we do something about the annoyance of Q5 killin all airfields in few passes so no1 can respawn
like what
Stopping their tiny napalm bombs from doing the same damage as the big ones would be a good start
that would do more than affect sim
Its an issue that spreads in all modes
If you make A5C not able to bomb a base in air RB you might as well put it back down at 10.0 so it just becomes an oppressive fighter again
It doesn’t need to bomb bases, it’s an attacker. If it goes for other ground targets, like pillboxes or the trucks. You only need 4 or 5 to get more rewards than a single base
Please. You are good enough at the game to understand that attacker isn’t an actual role in air RB.
Neither is a bomber… that is beside the point
Bases are real things that provide real rewards and don’t require you to die instantly because you’re broadcasting your location to the map getting 20rp every howitzer kill
I didn’t mention howitzers did I?
The light pillboxes/stationary AA trucks or the convoys, you only need 4 or 5 of those to get better rewards than bombing a whole base
Don’t think so, much harder to do as well.
I tested it, it’s the truth.
Base bombing is easier but rewards are quite bad even with an attacker bombing modifier.
Also if the napamls from the Q5/A5C got nerfed to a more realistic level, like half the base damage, it could still bomb a single base with all 4 of them.
And it would also get a larger reward when bombing a single base because you can’t just bring 2 of them and you will get a smaller base bombing multiplier as a result.
It’s very rare that the Q5’s get to bomb anything at all these days, because of the airspawns, so expecting to have 2 whole bases for yourself in RB will often end up in disappointment.
So, not only its a realistic nerf, in the end it will actually be better for Q5 players in AirRB, and fix the issue OP is talking about in sim since they would do half the damage they are currently doing.
They are exploiting certain bugs, which enables them to destroy an airfield module in a single attack. This bug has persisted for a long time but has not been addressed.
