Aircraft with missing CCRP info

Sometimes flares/chaff stop working. You have to land, change their quantity, and respawn again.

On some maps at BR 10.7 and above, I’ve also noticed that bots are being destroyed by the airfield’s anti-air defenses. When that happens, the opposing team loses tickets with no chance to defend those bots.

Yes, the Hawk’s use the same Sea Eagle.

While being the best ASMs in game at the moment (Kormorans are much less powerful), their effectiveness is very iffy: Sometimes it needs 2 missiles to destroy a destroyer, sometimes more than four…

While sea skimming and hitting the target now works quite well (remember the Kormoran fiasko when those were introduced…), the warheads of those missiles are still oversimplified, when IRL they are optimised to deal extreme damage after penetrating the targets hull. IRL, the Kormoran uses shaped charges working perpendicular to the penetration axis, thus damaging compartments within the ship. Not quite sure about the Sea Eagle though…

I hated gaijin implementation of sea eagle. It was specifically designed for use with the sea harrier.

The missile had no other intended launch platforms at the start.

Yet at the end of the day it was never even added to the Shar. They can’t even add its drop tanks.

At this rate it never will be added to the Shar.

As for HUDs the harrier 2 actually has a completely made up HUD. It is functionally useless.

The AV-8A HUD is the most realistic and probably the best harrier hud.

I wish they would just add it back to the sea harrier so you could at least use the plane. Seeing as they will never fix the sea harrier hud.

Regarding this issue…
There are also several aircraft that have their HUD elements disappear when you get close to the target, OR, when you zoom in in the cockpit view.
This is the case with the AV-8B (Both the prem and tech tree variant) and the Super Etendard.

In the AV-8’s case, when you are getting close to the target, if you zoom in, the CCRP guidance line disappeas until you zoom out AND adjust your plane’s angle in a way that delays the drop.

For Super etendard it’s a similar case, except it happens at a much greater distance and it’s much more sensitive to the cockpit zoom. You can see the timer and the direction when you are zoomed out, but the moment you zoom in, those HUD elements disappear, making it hard to drop accurately in cockpit view.

There are more aircraft with the disappearing gunsight issue.

There’s also another problem. In some aircraft, when I’m very close to the release point, the sight starts shifting sideways with every small course correction, to the point that sometimes I can’t even tell where the release point actually is.

The pitch bars are broken on the harrier 2 and actually tell the incorrect angle believe it or not.

All and when I say all I mean literally ever single CCRP and CCIP symbology options on the harrier 2 are incorrect.

CCIP for guns and rockets should be the same as the F-18.

It should also get a CCIL for air to air guns

Missing hot spot tracker (basically IRST for air and ground targets) and the DMT sidewinder slaving to the forward looking camera and infared

I think the pitch bars and FPM only work correctly on the Hornets and Su-30, and I think they als made the A-10’s FPM work.

Everything else’s is NOT working as it should, and not a single HUD behaves as it should.

Harrier has no FPM at the moment

It’s also missing radar altitude
