Is it just me or a we getting babied for aircraft? I don’t know why it’s apparently needed to have more clutter around the action bar but not have the option to remove it.
Or rather specifically remove it for aircraft.
I cannot be the only one who has died to an enemy aircraft I could’ve avoided better had I seen them coming but couldn’t because the action bar was blocking the bottom of my screen. Whether it’s SPAA fire from below or someone climbing to reach me.
I’ve played this game long enough that I don’t need help knowing what button is for landing gear or what button is for the munitions I’m carrying. Let alone the radial menu keybinds being there. Isn’t the whole point of a radial menu to not take up space on the screen.
Anyone else very frustrated by this obvious after thought?
Yeah exactly!! Now you can hold down whatever keybind you have the “hide action bar” set to and it will completely disappear. But to be honest the selecting what part of your loadout you’re using was useful but with the addition of keybinds for every bit of munitions AND the munition selector you either have all of it or none of it. It went from being a few buttons to a whole chain of keybinds that clog up the screen.
