You know, i just had an idea. What if they took the Radar Screen from the new AA systems, and used that to make an Aircraft Management Screen for Carriers?

Could be implemented, but it still makes aircraft management less “hands on”
As heretical it sounds, the WoWS had it quite well (well, the decades ago then I actually did play), there you can direct your wings to waypoints and/or take direct control over them

Yeah, and WT has the potential to do even better;
Make you able to launch flights of specific planes with specific armaments
Make it controllable by map and plane/flight leader (you fly the lead plane) so you can basically switch map, flight lead and your ship
Pick a target for each flight on the map or you lead the flight to attack a target yourself
Kind of like in the Battlestations games, some of the best carrier gameplays in gaming IMO

Listen I truly pray that one day Gaijin adds aircraft carriers it would be amazing. Ok im actually going to be honest yes its nice to see some super battleships BUT I would rather have aircraft carriers instead of the super battleships.

Ise carrier has been sent to devs and I suggested Mogami carrier today. I hope these can be used to test the waters (lol) for how carriers could work.

Considering both ships are already in the game that probably wont go anywhere
Heres the link for Ise, my Mogami post hasn’t been approved yet, but we both suggested it as a retrofit modication instead of as a new ship. I am hopeful, the cruiser/carrier hybrids are so interesting, and they would make the game more dynamic and could act as a stepping stone to get real carriers into the game.
what are you talking about because the ise and the mogami are a battleship and heavy cruiser .
I think he means the hybrid carrier conversions later in the war
