So i play RB regularly never had issues with helicopters and today like always i strafe enemy with my AH-1E with lots of mighty mouse (did not see the Spawn marker of enemy too) and just went for it directly after i am still undamaged after strafing run. when suddenly my helicopter rolls to the left whilst i am not even pressing the respective button and trying to pull away and out of it does not work. I dont know wether this is the spawn protector or not but i found it very strange.
