Aside the C versions and the K there Is also the B , an upgraded A with a different engine and most of the weapons of the C, but like the K it remained a prototype.

concerning BR evaluation I’m quite bored, there is always an attitude to overestimate italian plane that give no really advantage but is only a self-castration attitude, so I do not want to enter into this never ending ad inconclusive discussion since is GJ that decide the BR.

I’m not overestimating the plane because it is Italian, I try to be objective, comparing it rationally with the other subsonic attack planes in the game.
Ps: My mistake, from the “C” version it could carry the AGM-65 Maverick.

In what ways is the CD better than the A variant? The MB-339 series should already be in the game by now.

The “CD” variant was built specifically to have an advanced trainer with avionics similar to the Eurofighter, so that cadet pilots could already master that avionics, and can carry all-aspect air-to-air missiles and even four AGM-65s all weapons that the “A” version does not carry. Then on the fact that an iconic aircraft like the MB339 is not yet in the game, is a mystery.

Never understood why… Caproni was the first aircraft producer in Italy, there is no reason at all not to add any of the Caproni planes.

It seems they’ve in general lost an interest in WW2 planes especially with the arrival of modern era jets and then add to that low Italian playerbase which leads to even lower interest from devs (and it goes in circles). Both lack of Caproni and Aermacchi planes is just ridiculous imo.
