If Cluster Bombs were introduced into the game then it’d allow for the addition of planes and jets into the infantry mode. This can be balanced by making the point cost for jets higher so that they can’t be spammed. Cluster Bombs could also be used for bases, making the damage slightly less or more than GBU’s and their alike variants. This can be further balanced by adding the weaker beginning variants that were first introduced in WW2, this would also offer another way to combat the issues people have with SPAA spam towards top tier.
