You won’t find official production dates anywhere and most of the information we know of the rounds come from old documents and quotes from spokespersons and patents
Theses are incredibly new rounds and information is limited because of how classified pretty much everything about them is

Gaijin separates base tanks with the APS version so you have each one at a different BR, it was applied to all nations with APS tanks

They propose to use the T-14 transmission which is a completly different design it will not be a simple modification.

Also ARENA APS from testing footage we see I dont beleive it has the elevation to intercept an FPV drone or a true top attack missile.

I know Russia is using rounds they hardly have yet NATO tanks in most cases are using much older ammunition.

I mean 3bm60 is quite plentiful in Russian service iirc but I believe one of their main rounds is 3bm42 still because of the huge stocks

Reports of tanks deployed are using 3B42 with only elite formations carying Svinets.

Now I know there are no real tank battles now.

Lastly, it was deemed 3bm42 was still penetrating most armor encountered so it makes wayy more sense to use the mass stockpile.
