Add new mechanic for flame tanks

during ww2, soldiers used molotovs and other types of fire bombs on vehicles. a fire engulfing the engine bay could easily starve an engine and make it stall. the fire would also damage the intake and radiators.

this should be implemented, so flame tanks have more use in the game. this mechanic can also be used later on in warthunder infantry.

Honestly, I don’t mind adding the ability to break radiators and possibly engines with flamethrower tanks. It would transform the flamethrower ability from less of a gimmick into more of a functional feature

Destroy optics too maybe / machine guns
