Because they got the short end of the stick? Most minor nations get maybe 1 TT and one prem per update. Sweden and Israel last year were tied for fewest vehicles for the year at 8 vehicles

This time around they were not as fortunate as to be the focal point of the update, they shall have more moments of focus, but this one isn’t one of em cheif.
Ok, and Japan got 1 vehicle. 2 total, and even then, 1 is Japanese->Ship
