The Vikhrs and Ka-50/52 were so totally OP that they single-handedly killed Heli PvP. Even after all the nerfs, the Ka-52 is still considered one of the best top tier helis in game and the new damage models for helis was fairly focused at nerfing the Ka-52. They are still one of the strongest helis at top at the moment
Soviets still have some incredibly OP and under BRed vehicles like the 2S38, it is probably the most requested vehicle to get nerfed and again, was the lead reason for the new light tank damage models, which did nothing. Last BR change it was the most requested vehicle to move by far.
Pantsir is still by far the strongest SPAA. No nation can reasonably fight one, especially in helis.
ADATS has a max range of maybe 10km, but usually more like 7-8km. Patnsir is more like 18km max but 14-16km normally. Most aircraft cant even detect a lock.
Until the addition of the Leopard 2A7V, the T-80BVM was by far the strongest top tier tank and is still massively too strong. Its ERA was not that strong IRL and it has an uncanny ability to just ignore direct hits to the ammo rack.
Su-25SM3 with the KH-38 is by far one of the strongest CAS in game at the moment, KH-38s were not needed. At all. No SPAA stands a chance vs them except maybe the Pantsir.
