Account Transfer

Good afternoon fellow War Thunder’ers… I’ve been waiting over a year now for an update regarding account transfers from console over to PC. I’d love to know what’s taking so long to get it back up and running?? I’ve missed out on all of the sales that have gone on, you’d think Gaijin would want my money and everyone else’s, but we haven’t even gotten an IDEA of when it’s going to go back up.

I started playing on Xbox back in 2017 but didn’t play too much as it was last gen and ran pretty bad, but I eventually built my PC and have yet to be able to transfer my account for some time now, despite having my PC now for over 2 years. I understand bug fixes and updates for the game probably come first, however why wouldn’t you have a separate department or team for account support in the first place, if you don’t already. How and why is there such a “High Volume of Inquiries” as well? Last I remember, they halted the transfers due to all of the commotion happening last year with complaints and mass negative review bombing for bugs and the likes, but it’s been well past that point now. I’m the king of procrastination so I get it, but what else could be holding this process up?

Genuine question, coming from a long time supporter of Gaijin games. Any answer would be appreciated, and apologies if I come off as rude at any point, I mean well.

I’m in the exact same boat bro, been hounding customer support as well as looking into almost every post on here about it to just look for an update. A mod from China locked the last post I was following discussing the topic, so hopefully this one stays up until we get an answer.

This official thread about the account transfer service. Far from what I know still unavailable. Keep eye on it, the developer may announce changed anytime.
