Does anyone on here know when the account transfer service will reopen? its been comms dark since early last year, on top of customer support being so busy it takes a maximum of a week for a reply. Hopefully a mod or dev has the answers I am seeking.

Up for this. Since the sales is coming in few days or weeks. My ps4 died and can’t buy anything since i played on my pc.
