This afternoon, EST USA, I had over 94 million SL and 11 presets under Germany. This evening I only have over 2 million SL and now 12 presets. The 12th preset appears to be Russian.
How can I restore my stolen SL? Should I delete the 12th preset?
Send a support ticket at https://support.gaijin.net/, and change your password to a strong one immediately. No one here can help you. I’d also recommend turning on 2FA if you don’t have it already.

You should change your password and enable 2-factor authentication.
You SL are gone-burger. Might as well keep the preset - you get no refund for ditching it.
Change your password immediately, if you don’t have Gaijin Pass, download it on your cell phone, also put your phone number and recovery email in your account too.

Presets has nothing to do with some kind of backdoor for gain access to your account. Thanks to @OddPhenomena for explaining it, and I, personally recommend Gaijin Pass for using 2FA and E-mail and if you feel confortable your Telephone Number.
You can enhance your security layers at gaijin.net. Lucky you got your account back but I would be worried that the person who logged into your account may have used cheats. Get some proofs, keep them saved and if for some reason you get banned in a month or two you’ll have chance to get unbanned.
Didn’t get anything from all those infantry backpacks either huh?

Strange thing. I dont use cheats. I dont download anything from the Marketplace. I dont use anything third party. I have only purchased authorized packs from Gaijin. So unless I was the only one hacked, the security breech was with Gaijin. I tried to get them to help, but, they said it was not a support issue. So I came here to warn people.
Thanks for the advice. I had a strong password. I changed to a stronger one. Also, added two factor authentication.
I was hoping to have the SL restored. I am just an average player, so it took me a long time to accumulate my mere 94 million SL. I had planned on using the SL to enhanced a few tech trees, but, not now. Otherwise, I will go to ZERO.
