Account frozen

Two days ago, I logged into my account on the Gaijin website to purchase Golden Eagles. I was surprised to find that my account location was set to a different country which prevented me from paying using Gaijin Coins.

Afterward, I logged into the game directly and successfully made the purchase. However, immediately after the payment was completed, my account was frozen.

Currently, I am unable to access either the main Gaijin website or the Support portal. However, the Gaijin Pass application is still working on my phone and I am still logged in there.

I don’t have a link to it, but they will tell you to talk to support. Their should be a who’s who. I’ll see if I can’t find it
