Account banned for accidental teamkillings

My account recently got banned because of team killing, is banned for 14 days (13 by time of post) problem with the team killing is 95% of the time it’s the game because my air to air missiles stop tracking the enemy and go for friendlies, same thing with air to ground missiles and bombs (for tv guided air to ground missiles and bombs). The remaining 5% is from me and my friends screwing around and killing each other.

Ok.

Learn to launch missiles in better situations, and try not to bomb friendlies.

You have to really mess up a lot to get a ban from mistakes.

Sounds like you use these weapons with no regard for your surroundings.

I hardly get mistake teamkills from missiles and i have never had tv/ir a2g weapons teamkill.

Try to be more aware of what is going on around you, the target, and all between. Predict where people will be after 10-15 secs and if an ally will get close, dont fire.

Are you one of those who kill each other among squad mates? 14 days seems too little to me. Enjoy your actions and go cry in the river

I’d wonder if squad-kills actually count, and whether it would differenciate between created squads and auto-squads.

Difficult to believe, considering the majority of the players manage to deal with it just fine.

You shouldn’t launch missiles if there is a teammate in proximity or it’s possible one will interject it’s course. Most IR missiles go for the closest or hottest heat source which would typically be a teammate in front of an enemy target. Similarly some radars can loose lock of an enemy and relock a teammate who is a closer RCS target.

Equally you should not be dropping guided bombs or missiles if there is a teammate in absolute close proximity. They are precision weapons but any light targets close by or a team mate right next to the enemy will undoubtedly take the hit too.
