Dear Gaijin, what’s the point of nuke killstreak, if game not even allow me to use it?
Most of cases i ever seeing nuke was anyway 100% win/lose match (depend of side) so even there nuke is actually pointless and serve only for fun effect🎉🎉🎉
But tickets drain mechanic not give the nuke user drop it even for fun because game ends faster then you could reach the drop zone. Why this is such stupid, guys?
Game ended in less then a minute after i’ve used a nuke, and almost half of the tickets drained that fast.
That’s why his argument, yet not presented properly, has a point, even the losing team or the Nuke target can’t counter because their tickets are bleeding nonstop which either they’ll lose by the Nuke explosion or the game mechanic.
thats a bad faith argument, how many people that if given an instant win button won’t push it to let their team rack up more kills like what? this is warthunder the least team teambased game.

you said it yourself, as long as you can get kills it doesnt matter, losing team probably has less players already so is easier to wipe out, and youd probably still lose tickets for dying so pushing agressively is a bad play, and remember if the losing team has a free win button, why wouldnt they use it?
If air is contested by enemy fighters and nuke has no hope of reaching the battlefield, why wouldnt the losing team take no ticket bleed for rest of the game instead of getting their nuke plane shot down?
Its like any other situation where players can collude to “farm” points. From what I’ve seen nukes happen under two conditions, 1 team has dominated so much that the nuke is just an after thought, and 2 a team is losing and its a way of countering the above.
I don’t see how making the ticket bleed stop makes that better, in fact it creates the perfect conditions for “farming” by a dominate team. It takes the drama out of getting (and using) a nuke.
like I already said, if losing team is already losing, it’ll be harder for them to get back the win and to do so theyd have to play aggressively or be just better at the game, either will be harder than normal as theyll have reduced players since theyve been losing and also they have less deaths they can take before they win, and if they are just better they wouldnt be losing in the first place
its really not that hard to sneak through “contested” airspace with a nuke plane
So again why wouldnt the losing team take no ticket bleed for the rest of the game instead of trying to drop the nuke but likely getting killed in the process due to airspace being contested?
I’m well aware of how this game works, but 1, its not really collusion if youre on the same team, 2 it would stop bleed not ticket loss from death, 3 the enemy team can still run out of tanks, 4 to be honest I think most warthunder players are selfish and would rather get nuke number go up on their stat card than help out their team, as you said Hi, Welcome to War Thunder! its how the game has always worked
