I think it’s a decent suggestion, but please learn what a paragraph is because the description is a huge brick of text. Since I’m not sure if I want this ingame, I won’t give it a +1 but I will give it a +0.5.
rank 9 material lol
The 30 mm also has the possibility of getting proximity fuse rounds, either the XM1211 or XM1223
Can i get more info on the difference between the 19 round auto-loader and the newer compact auto-loader shown on the MD Website ? Are there Diagramms for the 19 round auto-loader ?
got 2 question
was not the XM1111 canceled in 2008?
and was not the ACT-1000 transmission limited to 1000 hp from the engine output?
because either the transmission is something else or the engine provides 1000 hp. which is possible as it’s a hybrid power pack and was said to have 50% less fuel consumption. with the weight reduction, the tank will still have the mobility of the usual Abrams. with the 32 gear and lighter weight, the tank will still feature a greater mobility off-road on soft ground.
I would have to look more into it. I haven’t looked at the project/AbramsX since it came out. I can get back on it.
we barely have rank 8 material who are brand and they have a BR barely higher than the Rank 7. I think it belongs to rank 8 nonetheless with a proper BR. while the tank performs well on paper, it remains that any top-tier vehicle can still kill it.
for the XM1111, it was said at the serial place it was canceled in 2009 at the same time as the Future Combat Systems. the current development that led to the AbramsX is the successor of the Future Combat Systems but that does not mean that the XM1111 was revived.
also, it seems you got the velocity wrong (1700m/sec for a full shell would be really had on the breech), from what I read it’s 900 m/sec at the muzzle and the round is rocket-propelled and will reach bout 1650 m/sec at the top speed. a bit like the ACRA, it accelerates on the flight.
No way too much of this is highly questionable, likely made up features and heavily subject to being completely wrong.
For example the T-14 Armata has more solid information about it and that is not close to being put in the game and won’t be for years.
It’s literally just an Abrams with a remote turret, trophy system, and new positions for the crew. The only information we don’t have is more of a breakdown of its new engine and armor specs which is an issue for most modern vehicles. All the tech incorporated is stuff already known.
Neither is this entirely but by that point both the T-14 and this could even have more public information on it to make it easier to add.

i think it’s quit close to be added. as for now, only 1-2 additional model of the M1 abrams that can be added and show superior performance from the current one. this one will not be that much superior.
it is advanced. but firepower, protection and mobility is still close to the current vehicles. the only difference is that the weak spot is now just the hull for the crew. the firepower is a bit better, but as the main gun is already capable to deal with about anything, the weak spot of the enemy tanks will barely be larger.
the 30mm will deal with light vehicles but that would not be the first tank like that with a 30mm auxiliary turret.
The auxiliary turret can get a javelin, but it has not been mounted and has probably never been mounted on this tank. so I think we should not add it until it’s mounted.
it has APS but it’s not always reliable and the main threat remains the tank’s gun.
the mobility is still questionable. as mentioned the other day, the transmission appears to be limited to a 1000 hp engine. which means it’s either a different transmission or the engine offers 1000 hp. it is said the engine could be set from 750 to 1500 hp. which many tend to ignore but most engines can be set like that. the only difference appears to be on this tank, it’s done automatically by the driver. this allows it a better fuel consumption. the engine is also hybrid. even if the engine is limited to 1000 hp, thanks to the fact the tank is 49 tonnes, it shall remain capable of catching up with the other MBT. With a good transmission, it can even feel faster.
all in all, with a decompression and an extended BR range, this should get to a BR around 13.0 and some other late M1A2 abrams should be moved to a BR above 12.0 such as the SEP V2 and the addition of the SEP V3 and M1A2 with Trophy APS.
the T-14, T-90M (2024), KF51, EMBT, Challenger 3, and ZTZ 99B should be a decent counterpart
additional information for this tank
the auxiliary turret is an RS6
the armament is the XM914 30mm. it’s a variant of the M230 LF. it’s assumed to have the same ammunition and velocity. only with a fire rate of 200 RMP and the single shot mode. which makes sense for a ground weapon.
the auxiliary turret is fully stabilized and the sight has night vision as well as LRF on its own.
the elevation is -20° to +60°
the rotation speed is unknown.
the ammunition carried is also unknown. it probably have 100 to 200 rounds ready
To add to your comment, the M230LF/XM914 actually has a higher muzzle velocity than the base M230, and aside from using M789 HEDP and M799 HEI, it can also use M1211 proximity-fuze rounds.
Also, the M230LF is in service with the US Army on the Stryker M-SHORAD (named the Stout after MoH recipient Mitchell W. Stout) and the XM914 is used by the Marine Corps on the JLTV-based MADIS. There’s also the Agnostic Gun Truck (or AGT) which is just an M230LF mounted on a civilian truck. It was built specifically for Ukraine, but I’m unsure of the details.
not that I doubt it, but I need sources and the actual velocity. it would be nice to have it right from the moment it is added to the game

Looks like some straight out of WOT. But I do miss the good-looking tanks of the 80s it’s a shame they are considered outdated.
nah rank 1. it’s a tech demo so don’t get your hopes up… they should just revive the HSTV-L itself and improve it. like before it was buget constraints but i think for modern warfare it has several multi-role uses…
