Normally, the Hiraga Archive is a reliable source of information, but there were some suspicious aspects to the materials presented by the management.
For example, the cover says 1924. The chimney on the drawing is bent. The main armor is listed as 480mm. The armor above the main armor is listed as 360mm.
I am very confused and don’t know what is right.
