That’s a big negative ghost rider, if anything, it should go up for the sheer amount of flares and weapons it carries, when it’s in straight line supersonic, it’s not catchable by a majority of planes.
It’s a better SU-25 if you ask anyone, it can’t take a hit as much, but its missile is SO MUCH better. The magic is easily the best missiles in the game.

i agree ngl, this is basicaly a 9.3 airframe that has 18 bugged countermeasures (that drop on pairs), its heavy and slow compared to other aircraft at the br, the guns are bad, this is a problem with all q5s imo, the q5a and q5l should not be at 10.0
the only good thing about this plane is the magics, all else is bad

The R-60 is, really bad, what are you smoking, as soon as the rocket motor burns out, it has one good turn, and it’s done, the magic is so much better.
It can carry 2 napalms and bomb, as well as act as a fighter, and 18 flares is more than enough at this BR…

I completely agree, the plane is good, in a downtier it’s relativerly easy to get at least one kill and kill 1 or 2 bases…
However it is still primarily a mig19 frame that is used to bomb bases, in a slight uptier you have competition on your own team for the bases that have better acceleration and slightly better toptier in the F4Es at 11.0, much better both in the Tornados with all aspect missiles in 11.3… and if you get uptiered to 11.7 which is quite common, you will be facing R24R… in a mig19 frame with 18 flares/chaff and two rear aspect missiles… very balanced

unfortunately there is a bug at the moment where the flares only drop 2 at once, this was fixed for the Q5A and Q5L but not for the a5c for some reason, but tbh 9 flares is still enough, the su22m3 has 6 drops at 11.0 and that thing does fine

ngl, the magic 1 is a very good missile, as long as its on a capable airframe, the a5c is not a capable airframe, per example, the magic 1s on the j7D go very hard

The magic 1 is the best missile of the BR to be clear for you, and it’s not ‘a majority’ that can’t catch you, it’s anyone that isn’t also flying in a straight line or having a height advantage over you. This is just from my past experience with it, and I’m probably thinking of the Q-5L, and when it was 10.3
