A question in how to submit a correct report about a malfunction of a missile in the game

I’m so pissed that R-73 is now totally useless, I do not know if it is a bug or if GAIJIN somehow nerfed it that now is a totally useless missile; so the questions are:

  1. What kind of proof I need to give to GAIJIN to let them know that R-73 behavior is not what it suppouse to be.

  2. Which website I need to go to submit the report.

  3. What is the correct structure to write the report.
