we have had a couple decent decompression changes. namely when 12.0 became 12.7 for ground, that made top tier GRB pretty decent compression wise tbf. That level of decompression across the board would make the game fair and a lot of fun across the board. plus there being 20 BRs does sound much better than there being only 12.
Air has only really had one decompression that i think really did anything, but i was so mad that the sea harriers went from 10.3/10.7 to 10.7/11.0 that i dont remember much else

Maus’ BR is already perfect without flaws at a decompressed BR.

430mm pen for tow missille and it bounce off like nothing. You know how to play Maus angle against ATGM.
