For the past six months or so, there has been a considerable increase in Asian players on North American and European servers. Resembling an epidemic, it is safe to say that 95 percent of them use wallhacks or aimbots. Please—if you don’t take action, you will continue to lose players. They cheat so brazenly that they shoot directly into the center of your tank from over 400 meters away, right through smoke grenades, without any visual confirmation. Please filter out IP addresses from that region to prevent them from accessing American servers, or find a way to ban them; they are like a cancer, and it is common knowledge that the cheat market is massive in Asia.

Personally, i think being a free game it will be hard to ban every cheater, especially from the main two problematic communities as they arent really one off cheaters. Ive saw it in other games so no doubt war thunder is the same in which they do it organised. They have so many accounts that as soon as one is banned they switch to the next.
My personal recommendation for things to be better for almost everyone is to remove server selection option all together (like practically every single online matchmaking game has) and add more server locations (like east eu and west eu) and have it auto search in that region. Its completely pointless having a server selection option for eu when the majority of the time, i feel like i may actually be the only eu player in the match. And following this the Netcode is utterly horrendous for WT so doesnt know what to do against high ping players, leading to a way worse experience for playing playing on the correct server.

Don’t be afraid to say Chinese lol, even one of the Chinese creater agrees with that, you can literally find accounts with cheats for sale on TaoBao, not even joking, but TaoBao might have banned them as most of those account are also using stolen credit cards, but I am not sure about now

They refer hacks calling them magics or technology to avoid being banned by Taobao, but reality they are hacks, for example Hpro is a hack client which they were selling. I believe there is not only Hpro and there is way more more advance hacks out there but I just can’t be ask to scroll. And its common for Chinese player to hack is these sellers they spent such small amount to buy the hack and account so they can sell it for profit, and not everyone that plays war thunder wanted to grind the game or they might be ass at the game and which to have fun, hence they turn to these people to buy hacks and black accounts which makes the game easier.
And by the way, as long as you have money, they will sell you hacks, I am doing this because I love the game and the hackers might retaliates on me so if I got banned, is not me, its them, and please take note gaijin, there is way more of these on Taobao and ofc I am nto going through everyone of them.
Imo it started with the 2s38. Its easier to cheat with aimbot with it because it has way better range and can pennetrate mbts.
The SA server is not the most stable.
Im in Japan and the SA server has been giving me 450ping with 30+%PL like 40% of the time. US gives me a constant 250 with 10% PL.

They seem to gravitate towards anything that is considered OP as the victims of their cheating will tend to write it off as OP vehicle rather than cheater.
yeah I’m in Australia, Even when SA is giving lower ping the PL is usually way higher then other servers and even when it’s low vehicles rubber band all over the place, it’s highly unstable.
I believe that was why they wanted to change the TOS to allow them to delete these accounts.

No, what I mean is an excess of toptier premium (and M1A2T for some reason) cheaters have been filling the matches, I presume cause people were getting fed up with the terminator.
If the SA servers were stable, I’d be fine with — even in favor of — filtering. But honestly, aren’t the SA servers pretty much dead right now? When Japanese players try to connect, the lag is so bad it feels unnatural, so of course people gradually stopped playing on them.
Also, I’d appreciate it if you didn’t just group us all together as ‘Asians’ in such a broad way.
