Activity is an odd metric.

I’m too lazy/dont pay enough attention so my data is scarce but it gives some qualitative results I guess? The key is that it’s only ODL games or back-up games (single vehicle used).

In sum,
Activity is an approximately logistic function that takes time played IN A SINGLE LIFE and score earned IN A SINGLE LIFE that outputs a single percentage value. In other words, f(Score, Time alive) = activity%.
We have it down to good science for Air SB (thanks to Heliboy for collating a lot of data) because there we fix “time alive” to 15 minutes allowing us to significantly simplify it.
Yeah, but I need that activity for my second BP task.
Last week it was ok, but since the last patch it changed.
Just had a match where I ended as first, shot half enemy team to pieces, captured a point and was killing enemies right onto the end of the match with 66% of activity…
Last week, this would be 90% or higher.
I know.
You could be firing guns and evading all match but somehow only get 30% activity.
Yet dumping torpedoes in the water all match is somehow 80+%. I don’t get it.

Your case looks like time alive was too low.
I didn’t die once and it was a 20 minute match.
There has to be more at play than what you posted that we don’t know.
I didn’t die in that match.
Used my PG02, captured B point and defended it until the end. Killed 8 enemies and severely damaged 6. Match took 2 minutes and 51 seconds.
Most were bots, but 1 kill was a real player.
By the way…
Both teams had two real players, rest were bots.
