70's plane fighting modern jets, where is so called realism?

I would grind aardvark asap just to play vs zsu 57 2, pbv 301 and other stuff

None of those would be realism.
Authenticity isn’t realism, and realism isn’t authenticity.
War Thunder is not simcade unless DCS is as well.

I havent made a point for realism, I just made the cope argument for a certain faction. I know it kills the balance since it was intended…

I cant wait till gaijin makes a weather map just to have storms etc(joke)…
so your takeoffs are different

OP was asking “wheres the realism” from historical matchmaking, this whole thing is stupid.

It would benefit many of my favourite tanks a lot, but being OP because your country did good thing first doesnt makes things boring after a short while and flat out insufferable for anyone else.

you mean the newly developed stuff which had more flaws than the later versions…
yea try the realism(will never work)…

Yup, none of it would work

I would kill for both expanded weather settings and weather having a physical impact

true, just make wt a gmabling game, monetise to reduce the chance of the parts being flawed for a gaijincoin a week…

doubt this will work without cutting many pc´s off of playing this game/ data stuff… otherwise it can be very inaccurate( see the cloud system)

True, but even just fixing clouds and making it so that you get condensation on the cockpit when you fly through a cloud would be aweosme. Like what happens in Project Wingman

My main issue with weather is that clouds are clientside and not server seeded. you may think youre hiding in clouds but you may not be for anyone else

condensation would be kinda nice…

Yep, this needs sorting, like 10 years ago

cause avionics honestly mean nothing really it doesnt have the airframe to keep up its only use is a support fighter still a 70s airframe theres almost nothing it can do against EFs JAS39s and RAFALES SU30SM2 aswell F15C GE aesa doesnt really change much and C5s while better also dont change the situation your just a heavier 13.7 F15C with new radar missiles and a few more of them same weak Pw220s and no strength to get altitude

No logic found

i mean AESA really doesnt change the radar its more about gimbal limits missile amount and TWR

No logic found.

It is still dishonest to state that the F-15A is from 1979 so the F-15C GE is from 1979 in the same block of text where he states the Gripen E is from 2025 and not 1996 when the Gripen A entered service.

That is just massive cherry picking.

yeah that is true but they are the oldest airframes as there not brand new per say just modded and there showing there age
