NOTE: I suggest it specifically for the Sd.Kfz.6/2, however the ammo could be fired by all 3,7 cm Flaks and 3,7 cm Paks.
The 3,7 cm Stielgranate 41 was a Overcaliber HEAT-FS round for the 3,7 cm Pak as well as with more versions adapted for 3,7 cm Flak, 4 cm guns, 4,7 cm and 5 cm Guns such as the 5 cm Pak 38 L/60 and 5 cm KwK 38 L/42 (not used on tanks, but on more open platforms as well as used on the Sockellafette I, as used on the Matilda II Oswald). While the Pzgr 40 APCR was allready developed for the wide array of guns, the scarsity of Tungsten for the cores resulted in looking for a different form of ammo to replace it and further increase the life of effectiveness of the gun. As such overcaliber 15 cm HEAT-FS round was developed for the multitude of guns to be used against tanks (even heavyer targets, as the penetration was even greater than the normal Pzgr. 40) as well as reinforced stuctures and group targets. Overall while with more limited range it was quite effective.
Perhaps it should be limited to around 10 rounds in addition to the normal ammo load (Not relace the normal ammo loadout) and come with a dedicated reload speed (with ballancing in mind). It will both be effective at Armor penetration of even the heaviest tanks (B1 Bis and Ter) as well as with the great He effect of 2,42 kg Fp.02 filler against thinner targets with devestating effect.
It has both a Impact Fuze as well as a bottom fuze, when fireing at targets behind wood and leave cover the protective cap over the impact fuze needs to be kept on, to protect from premature detonation.
The Stielgranate 41:
Heat-FS 15 cm 8,5 kg 2,42 kg Füller 95 (Hexagon/TnT 60/40) Filler 110 m/s 180mm/30°/all distances effective range up to 300m, max range 700m
Here on the last 2 pictures it is visible on the Sd.Kfz.6/2 halftrack.
