Nerf or put the 2s38 on another BR…it some how easily keeps tracking f14 jets going past them a mach 1 which is super fast asf… and it shoots and just kills instantly…it LOCKS FROM 10 kms. orso on helis and other planes its stupid

The effective range of the HE-VT is only like 5 km. Is your solution to countering enemy SPAA to fly directly towards the battlefield and just hope that no one has spawned anti air?

Im genuinely convinced every one of these posts is made by a sub 50% wr sub 1 k/d US main who’s unable to do anything other than drive or fly in straight lines and will cry everytime he’s killed while refusing to admit that he just sucks at the game

I’m pretty sure the HE-VT shells self destruct after a certain distance it’s been a while since I looked though.
Regardless I have no sympathy for someone dying in a supersonic to a cannon SPAA from 10km away that’s the biggest skill issue I’ve ever seen.

I mean you’re just wrong then if you ignore the anti air capability its literally just a poorly armoured IFV with bad survivability and worse mobility than a lot of MBTs at the tier thats only upside is never having to reload and being a shitter filter for people unable to aim.
First off, M247 can track F-14s going mach 1 and that’s 9.0.
2S38 has never fragged a 10km target in War Thunder that wasn’t perfectly stationary or dumb luck.
Neither of which are unique features to 9.3 SPAA… 2S38 isn’t 9.3, it’s 10.3.
Also you use to play 2S38 when it was OP, and now that it isn’t you stopped playing it. lol
