Well, the anti-air capability also has to be considered.

He is right having anti air capacites it’s amazingly useful due to the ammount of cas and just makes it easy to gain points in matches since now You can take 2 different types of targets

That is true. But saying it is so more overpowered because i have 0.8 air kills per death compared to vehicles which can’t kill planes, while i have the same or a lot better ground kd on other vehicles makes no sense.

The 2S38 it’s undeniably OP at it’s current Br, the tank it’s a pretty Nice multipurpose and the crewless turret as much as it’s overlooked it’s really Nice to have since at least your turret it’s not a weakspot anymore, now having apfsds with good firerate on a relatively high fire rate gun it’s pretty insane, now add up to the anti tank capacity anti air capacity, its pretty op for 10.0

10.3 at 10.7 it’s gonna find tanks more armored side wise wich are gonna be much harder to kill and the 2S38 would be molested to death since it Will be uptiered to 11.7

So what the problem? Since HSTV-L it at higher BR and still can hold themselves it didn’t see 2S38 sit at higher BR will become handicap or something (maybe it does by Russia main skills standard lol)

HSTVL has better anti tank capacites but honestly it’s not as versátile and keeps much low ammo count not 11.7 but not 11.0 either
