The vehicle can be 11.7 with zero issues to its usability Gaijin doesn’t want to increase its BR as it will reduce sales.

I have been killing drones from 6km away without a problem. Like 90% success rate. Not sure about 7km as i haven’t tried shooting that far. The 2s38 is really good at anti air.
