2S38 is too OP for BR10

Okay I can agree with you on that. My point is that AB is just fundamentally/mechanically is easier. Not saying it’s easy to get good at AB.

But regardless, we should end it here.

That imo is not true. Gepard has dual feed, one from primary and second from 40rnd secondary. But there is no limitation what can you load into primary mag.
IRL nobody would fill Gepard with APDS rounds, but you can do it.

Well theres no such same limitation on BMP 2 and other soviet/chinese IFVs, except they can carry whatever rounds they want in whatever place, but in game they re always limited to only one top belt, hell for the Atomic heart event Gaijin straight up removed APDS belt from BMP-2, all while Bradley had it unrestricted.
In game soviet and chinese 30mm IFVs, APC, as well as Hungarian BTR-80A are locked to only one APDSFS/APDS belt.
And one is a 70 SP vehicle with option to use 140mm pen APDS, and other is MBT SP cost with 82mm pen on APDS and just 60 on AP.

how tf is 90105 undertiered?? you can kill it with a mg and its dart only has 410mm pen which is inline with everything else at its br

That’s far away from being “only” considering it can fire every 5 seconds.
CV 90105 could perform at 10.3 without any issues.

please give one example of the 90105 being undertiered, it has the same pen as every other 10.0 along with no armor at all to the point a mg can kill it reliably

5 seconds is plenty of time to spray it with an mg

It’s a ‘light tank’ with the same pen as MBT’s at the tier with great mobility, gen 3 thermals and a 5s reload?

My issue is the ‘light tanks’ we have in game don’t play like light tanks, they’re TD’s, with all the bonuses of light tanks.

Same thing goes for the Sprut, Type 16, M1128 etc.

and the trade off is lack of armor, as ive said you can reliably kill it with a mg, thats literally the entire point of a light tank, you still have to aim, unlike the 2S38 which is just point and click until they die

Would love to see some 1 km snipe with .50 cal in WT match.

your missing the entire point here, every country has a light tank just as capable as the 90105, except russia which goes far beyond with the 2S38 and lets not talk about the 10.0 2S25M with 532mm pen

Begleitpanzer 57, CV-9040s.

It has its own downsides, in short comparition to CV-90105 it has worse reload, depression, probably worse reverse and survivability.

Not if your gunner/commander is dead after you got penned by it.
Also, it has amazing mobility, both forwards and backwards, so moving from a position shouldn’t be an issue.

CV 90105 is at least equal to 2S25M.

the 9040 discussion has already happened, it has much lower pen with most of them only having 143mm pen at 0 degrees and only 83mm at 60 degrees vs the 225mm 0 degrees and 130mm 60 dgrees that the 2S38 has

Obviously this person dosen’t play ground top tier often or maybe never played before, othewise he will never say “It can’t make it through the front of most tanks at 11+”.

Come on, no one can pen the top tier MBT from the front easily ok?

So the tank with double the pen has to aim, and the tank with half of the pen doesn’t? Huh.

I’d say all the modern ‘light tanks’ we have are undertiered, often matching the pen of similarly BR’d MBT’s if not more.

I agree the 2S28 IS undertiered, but it ain’t the only one.

So TAM-2C to 10.3 as well?

No.
It reloads much slower while having comparable round.

A superior round & barely slower reload.

If you think 1.7s slower (often times 2.7s) is barely, then we have nothing else to talk about.
