I’d say all the modern ‘light tanks’ we have are undertiered, often matching the pen of similarly BR’d MBT’s if not more.

It reloads much slower while having comparable round.
A superior round & barely slower reload.
If you think 1.7s slower (often times 2.7s) is barely, then we have nothing else to talk about.

Wrong Italian premium vehicles have them raised by BR, only Russian vehicles are apparently exempt from this, this is clearly bias on the part of developers who have to keep Russian vehicles OP

Weird since 2S38 increased in BR by the same amount as M60…
2S38 when there was decompression of all vehicles in the game, it is remained at BR 10.0 did not increase at all.
It was moved to 10.0 with decompression, same with M60 moving to 8.0.
The better players in the game are barely managing 1:1 KDR in 2S38…
It was posted at BR 10.0 before decompression and then they never touched it again

Moreover this is rather political channel which really doesnt post much about tanks and ifvs, if 2S38 was to be used in battle im sure we would see much more info from different sources that just a pitch dark video of some BMP2 firing at somethign.
