They wouldn’t even be as much a slap in the face if they had close to their effective range irl, and the rest of their flare rejection. But this is the second platform without the IRs. Suspect it’ll take America getting their shit an update before IRs are introduced.

If the F-18 appears in this version, then you don’t need to rush, it may appear in a test server. If Gaijin decides not to launch the F-18, then it is useless for you to be in a hurry. I still want to replace the J-10B with the SU-30MK2, do you think gaijin will care?

Its USA vs USA because the only viable jets at top tier are the F15E and F15I.

Eurofighter and Rafale are going to bring back some variety. Now all we need is more players to reach the excellent J10 and then we need a good Russian top tier jet

Honestly, I want to say that’s more a symptom of a larger issue (that being how Gaijin decided to add the F-16C, F-15C, F-14B, and F-15E).

Truthfully, a lot of the later 4th Gens for the US (and maybe some other countries) shouldn’t have been added until the earlier 4th Gens had been fleshed out, I.E. not going beyond an F-16A Block 15 (non ADF), F-15A, F-14A (maybe with researchable mods to turn it into a late) and an F/A-18A for the US until it was actually time for everyone to get their equal, and so on.
