I got banned for 14 days for teamkilling, even though I dont do it often and sometimes my aim-9s go and tk. Is there any way to make this shorter, like other peoples? Should I send Gaijin an e-mail?
bro i got a 3 day ban an my brother got 14 day ban and i did not killed any teammates with guns and when i do its frikin missiles fault they track teammates if gaijin did not made missiles so retarded asf this wont happen
Your missiles should not be teamkilling unless you are firing them with no regard for those in the path.
you dont know whats happening boy more than 300 people got banned unjustifyingly
aim 120s swerve off aoutomatically if they dont get an good lock
also aim 9s do that too if there is a enemy and the enemy have low ir sig they go to another teammate that is near
I have used the aim9 heavily and i dont remember the last time i hit a friendly.
You have be aware and not fire when a friendly is near the path.
I think its not just us thats getting 3 day ban I just got one too today when its going to be weekend. My weekend is ruined because of a mistake teamkill which the dude was chill ash but mods wasnt chill like that IT WAS SIMULATOR it is common
How the hell do you kill so many people you get a 14 day ban. I think I got a 24 hour or 48 hour ban (cant remember) ban once years ago when I was learning how to play and figuring out IFF / FGR2s glitchy radar. To get a 14 day ban you must have been on a killing spree
I heard that lot of people got ban unjustified even got ban by accidentally killed teammate
Its an automated system. It cant tell the difference between intentional or accidental teamkills.
Though if someone is intentionally TKing then they can be reported and they’ll get a manual ban, Or at least thats how I understand it.
Anyway, my impression from these bans is that they have actually been TKing but not registering that they did something wrong.
A lot seem to be things like “My Aim-9 swapped targets” Which, whilst it wasnt intentionally, better care should have been taken when firing and not just assuming it would go for one target over another. Perhaps its just being a Sim main, but checking nothing is between you and the target is step 1 before firing. Those rare times someone dives in and catches the misisle on route to target, happens to infrequently to incur any ban. At least in my experience.
Id be a bit more forgiving if this was happening 2 weeks after Fox-3s were added as well, they can be fiddly, but now… No, people should have had time to learn how to use them. Though TKs are gunna sky rocket with more P2P Fox-3 Slingers
At least u only got 3 days. I got 2 weekends.
Is there a banning spree or something??? Im not banned but im seeing a lot of players suddenly getting banned…like a lot…
They did a huge banwave (mostly temp bans of 1hr-1day) of 24k players, mostly for teamkilling.
it isn’t common, atleast from when i’ve played sim i’ve only gotten 3-4 TK’s max
in the case of guided air to air missiles, an automated system should be able to check to see which target was locked at the time that the trigger was pulled. I doubt gaijin put such a check in though.
I would still argue that if you have gotten banned, you’ve been doing something wrong. Once in a blue moon TKs dont get you banned
If you never reached a higher tier and you are forever stuck at rank 4 just shut up.
Lmao. I am very much not stuck at rank4. Sorry to disappoint.
It can if it were coded correctly, at least tk during very early in the game could indicate that it happens right after take-off, those are things that were too obvious lol just a line of code could filter out the perpetrator separate them from possible accidentally tk
