< 120kg bombs

advice

I have rank III (or higher) in every air tree except China… anyone have suggestions on what to use in Ground RB that will reliably work for this?

I have made plenty of tiny bomb kills but they have been mostly with Rank I and Rank II aircraft. Above that everything I have used have been significantly heavier…

Sidenote… can the bomb equal 120kg?

MiG-15 100kg bombs in groundrb. That’s how i usually do it.

Try the french corsair. Has a fuckton of light bombs arpund 100kg if I remember right.

Both 100kg and 250lb are under 120kg

If you wanna get funky with it you could take the USA B-26B into GRB and just carpet bomb the enemies with 30 of the AN-M30 100 lb bombs. One of them is bound to hit something x)

Yeah after looking around it looks like any 100lber is less (way less) than 120kg. This should be a bit easier than I thought then.

There is also the Pe-8 with 40 of the FAB-100 bombs that are 103kg.

Bf109F4 is something that could work too with its 4x50 kg. If you bomb using cockpit view, the Revi is pretty decent at aiming bombs using the bottommost 2-3 tickmarks.

I find the La-5/7 series and their FAB-100s are inexplicably effective

Yeah. “Inexplicably.” ;)

My go to would be I-185.
It carries 4 100 kg bombs and at BR 3.7 it faces a lot of open top vehicles.

I got it by bombing planes with the F84, arcade battles, air domination, on previous BP with the same task.

I think my issue was that I had a fundemental misunderstanding of the gulf between kilos and pounds lol. I use a lot of the US-style “XXXlb” format bombs. Knew pounds are “larger” but glad that I can go as high as 250.
