I was banned

I was banned on warthunder and I would like to know the reason I read the message about the ban and it said I was hacking but I have never used any hacks nor do I know how to get them and I’m on console so I don’t even think you can get hack on console. Does anyone know why this happened

I would email gaijin support, im not familiar with console hacks and definitely not for xbox but i know you can on playstation as its easier to jailbreak the console. Regardless id ask gaijin support.
