ZSU-23-4M4 weird lunch angle

So i noticed something strange in the zsu -23-4m4
When you launch a missile, the missile comes out at a strange angle towards the target’s lead.
It doesn’t seem so realistic or am i wrong and this missile has some tv mechanic at the lunch moment like the tor

It might happends on russian helis as well but im not sure
Any explanation?

It’s realistic and correct. The missile pops out the tube a small set of RCS thrusters quickly orientate it to the right vector and then the main motor fires.
