I would like to suggest the addition of a decal representing Zé Carioca, a Brazilian cultural icon created during World War II.
The character was introduced by Walt Disney in the 1942 animated film Saludos Amigos, where he represents Brazil and its culture.
Because War Thunder already features many historical decals and mascots inspired by the WWII period, Zé Carioca would be a fitting and unique addition representing Brazil.
The character Zé Carioca was created after Walt Disney visited South America in 1941 as part of a cultural exchange initiative during World War II.
During this trip, Disney and his team visited several countries in the region, including Brazil, gathering cultural references and artistic inspiration.
The result of this journey was the 1942 animated film Saludos Amigos, where Zé Carioca was introduced as the Brazilian representative character alongside Donald Duck.
The character embodies the classic image of Rio de Janeiro in the early 1940s, portraying the elegant and charismatic “malandro” archetype with his white suit, straw hat and umbrella.
Since the character was created during the WWII era and became one of the most recognizable representations of Brazilian culture of that time, it would be historically appropriate as a decal inspired by the period.

Adding a Zé Carioca decal would be a small but meaningful addition to War Thunder.
As a character created during World War II, he represents an important cultural symbol associated with Brazil during that period.
Including this decal would help represent Brazilian culture within the game while fitting naturally among the historical decals and mascots already available.
Here’s my suggestion.
