You will not be able to buy the Zachlam Tager if you don’t own the vehicles that come before it.
You do not need to get rank IV for all three required nations: you only need rank IV for one of them to unlock Israel.
I would recommend against using GE to buy researchable vehicles at all though, considering that you would get far more value investing those GE in premium account time, premium vehicles or the battle pass.
