Personally I think Czechoslovakia has more reason to share a tree with Poland, how come you think Yugoslavia would be a good pick instead?
Or perhaps you think all three should share a tree?

You probably won’t like my point of view on this, but I think that Czechoslovakia doesn’t have enough unique vehicles/modifications to become an independant tree.
-Especially for air where except their preWW2 props, the S-199 and the L-39, they only have copy or licensed jets with a different name and foreign planes.
-Ground is not much better, early tanks sure deserve to join the game one way or another, but after that there is a huge gap until few domestic IFVs, AAs and minor modifications of foreign MBTs.
The potentiel for a sub tree is the same than Poland from my point of view (for the exact same reasons above btw).
On Yougoslavia side (and its successor states), you have more major modifications of vehicles and unique designs for both air and ground. They are enought of them to fill a whole tree, covering early WW2 to nowadays. This is a more solid basis in my opinion, which could be reinforced later with a Polish or/and Czechoslovak subtree. And also probably the last potential independant tree that have that much domestic options from tier I to tier VIII.

I indeed do find myself in disagreement, though I find your opinion respectable.
I’d say that Czechoslovak air isn’t so bad, as the L-29 and L-39 derivatives can cover up to near top tier with the L-159, which does add some flavour in higher tiers too.
For ground vehicles I guess it largely depends on one’s definition of what classifies as a major modification or as a unique vehicle. I think that things such as T-72M4CZ count as major modifications and same goes for other platforms such as BVP-2s with new turrets.
Beyond those types of things I still find that Czechoslovakia has enough with things such as DANA, Strop 1 and Strop 2, M53/59, Pandur ect.
I also think that there are several more nations or ‘alliances’ that could be added alongside Yugoslavia, such as Benelux, but again probably a difference in what we think qualifies for a viable addition.

I based it from wiki, in this paragraph
The gunner has the Fotona SGS-55 two-axis stabilized day-and-night sight with an integral laser rangefinder. In addition to the integral optic sight the commander has the Fotona COMTOS-55 sight with an independent line-of-sight stabilization, which allows him to acquire targets and lay the gun independently if required.
