Yeah, like I said, arguably less controversial than Israel anyways. I personally love the idea as a Cypriot (definitely not biased)
i am laughing imagine the 2 sides (me included ) arguing about the name of such TT being Greek/Turk or Turk/Greek
just make it Cyprus, with a Greek and Turkish subtree.
Problem solved!!
TRNC (if they have any modified vehicles) would pretty much just be like Taiwan is to China.
yea or Ottoman empire and get all Balkans to the TT
Don’t forget Poland 💪💪💪
He said Eastern Europe ( i love rage baiting polish guys by telling them they are Eastern Europe)
Poland independent 💪💪💪
Proper implementation of Thai Ground, Malaysia and Indonesia would be sweet
Indeed, Malaysian and Indonesian vehicles are still largely missing.
Still hung up on Cyprus → Israel. I would’ve loved to seen a Turk/Greek/Cypriot tree honestly- as controversial it might be. Though I’d also argue Israel is more controversial than those three combined.
Honestly I can see reasons for and against it, the reasons for being that we already have similar combinations (China and Taiwan, Iranian Tomcat in the USA) and that the overlap of some exported vehicles would mean that they could be made into one singular vehicle with 2 different camouflages for both nations (F-4E, F-5, F-16, F-104, M48, M60, Leopard 1A3, 1A5, 2A4…) which limits total copy-paste. Reasons against being that it’s indeed a controversial grouping. Eitherway, Israel needs a subtree, if anything, I would have picked Azerbaijan or Chile, but Greece herself isn’t exactly a bad choice either.
Indeed, albeit, I do argue that the addition of new game modes is in the interest of the common player-base ergo it would take priority above tech trees, but it’s just my opinion. I would have loved to see them all sooner than later in any case.
I was intending to imply that it would be the backbone of an Eastern European tree or an Intermarium tree rather (Międzymorze, if you will), where we’d see nations like Czechia, Slovakia and Ukraine contributing to the tree with their own vehicles to fill gaps and to add their unique entries (as the USSR tree is not a palatable option).
In the start i was totally against infantry because i thought they would leave the TTs and give all the resources to Infantry but then they said the infantry team is deferent so i still hope to add more TTs and subtrees even if that means that the big TTs wont get anything for 1-2 updates
I never believed they’d drain all resources away from all that untapped potential (and revenue), besides both of us know there are heaps of vehicles not present in the game yet that’d oversaturate even some of the minor nations, so my hopes are steadfast that we will probably get 2 more European trees, maybe a LATAM tree, and another Asian tree, at some point or another hands down. As for subtrees, I’m willing to bet there are a good dozen left that can be made, even outside of Europe (which a large part of has pursued their own military industry or has collaborated with others to make something of it).
yea me too i believe that most of the big TTs are complete for now and nothing will happen if they don’t get anything for a couple of updates and all the effort go for new TTs
The big trees are only lacking of the absolutely bleeding edge vehicles we have in the world right now, a lot of which are tech demonstrators or stuff like the T-14 Armata or the absolutely newest modification of our current ground vehicles, or just less-than-common vehicles that were used. In terms of air, it’s more or less the same except for the 5th gen stuff that will probably grace us at the end of this year or in the next one. So yeah, we’d ought to see Korea sometime soon along possibly this year.
exactly we don’t need right away the next gen of tanks, gaijin will bring more players if they add new TTs than top tier tanks that behind of a mountain of grind
One way they can vertically expand is also into WW1. Serbia/Yugoslavia can also offer decent WW1 aviation tech tree. :)
That is so, but I think that they’ll continue the upwards trend they have kept up for now whilst adding subtrees as they have until now, as predictable as it may be. Perhaps we shall be surprised some day by another drop like Israel back in 2022. After all, it has been more than 3 years after they came to the game, which is why I’m hopeful for Korea.
Hey fellas. The Slovenian defense sector guy here. We now finally have all the technical specifications for the Slovenian Mangart series turrets from valhalla. For those who haven’t seen seen my previous comments, I propose the 2 following vehicles to be added in the tech tree:
Oshkosh Mangart 25
Specifications:
It would be the Yugoslav tech tree version of the Fox reconnaissence vehicle, only more advanced. it would add a fun, fast rat vehicle capable of dealing with air targets that get too close and lightly armored vehicles.
Patria Mangart 30

Specifications:

This would be a slightly better to its Croat counterpart, maybe 0.3 BR higher. A light vehicle with a drone, Spike missiles and it would add another viable vehicle to the tree!
Issue with this “Eastern European” tech tree is extremely limiting for nation like Czechoslovakia because of the immense amount of vehicles the nation provides, Czechoslovakia has like 490+ vehicles avaliable just for ground and adding it together with another big tech tree such as Poland would be bad, making it even bigger with other nations (Ukraine, etc. . ) would just be stupid. Best way to implement these nations is independently.
My main line of thinking for including Ukraine is because the tech tree, if it’s to be added with the minimal amount of copy-paste from Ukraine’s independence day would be lacking a lower tier (more so than Israel, I believe) and my proposal for merging Czechoslovakia into Poland was that it may have richer lower ranks whilst eliminating the large amount of overlap that all three would have if they were released independently (think of how many T-34/-54/-55/-72 variants you could unify and give different camouflages for to represent all 3 instead of copy-pasting them into 3 independent trees for example), with Ukraine providing more meat to the mid to high rank list of equipment. But I’ve got to admit this is the first time I’m hearing that Czechoslovakia would have so many vehicles if added, I may go searching for a comprehensive list of the same unless you can point me there.
