Yugoslav Ground Tech Tree (Including Bosnia, Croatia, N. Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia!)

Their website hasn’t been updated yet, likely because the turret was only revealed yesterday. However, they did post about it on their LinkedIn profile. In my opinion, it would be placed at br 10.7, just like the Vilkas, as the two are functionally the same.

It looks very interesting. I would like to see something like this in a game.

What I find interesting is that they do not mention any missiles, I do not doubt that they can mount them but even on Linkedin they did not mention it.

You are right, I also couldn’t find any mentions of missiles or latest RCWS specifications. However the launcher on top of the turret indicates the ability to launch FnF missiles and considering that the Slovenian army uses Spikes they are the most likely candidate. Additionaly I found a Ministry of Defense tender from March 2024 that includes Mangart 30 RCWS and its strict requirements. Among them is the ability to launch Spike LR/LR2.

March 2024 tender: https://www.gov.si/assets/ministrstva/MO/Javne-objave/2024/4-POZIV-MAREC-2024.docx

PS
I didn’t mention it in my post but the turret can optionally be eqippped with a modular launcher for four loitering drones which was shown next to the vehicle.

Yeah, it’s pretty embarrassing for a company like this to say that, kind of nullifies their previous, relatively more creative work. ( Especially because they could do a lot without many solid resources)
But ye they have a gas welder and a few wrenches for a production facility. We’ll see what they cook up.

Yugoslav tree will never happen

It’s more likely to happen than 99% others and defo more justified.
Nowadays you’ll have historians downplaying the significance of it ( for example the lies of WW2 swedish resistance being bigger and better than yugoslav which is complete bull****) but facts are facts and even post yugoslavia the successor countries have their own significance and strengths that would be very good to show in this game.
Let me reiterate, if Sweden and Israel can be separate trees then so can Yuga and it can 110% do it better. ( Nothing against swede and israel trees but that’s another fact).

For future tech trees I would love to see this Yugoslavia and Alpine/Swiss+Austria tech tree. They are very unique and it shows creators tried quite well to be so.

Switzerland is now a German sub nation, so that’s not happening.
