The Bofors Trinity 40mm L/70 turret on the MOWAG Shark would be neat.
Id also love the Saab MSHORAD on the MARS 4x4, unfortunately it requires a separate radar unit but one can still hope for some Gaijin magic to let it go solo in game.

They have a lot of interesting stuff if we exclude the upgraded M60s. Variants of Hisar SAM can provide USA techtree with a decent toptier SAM.
