My account was hacked during a long break I took and my name was changed to something in Russian. I returned to the game and discovered I was banned over whatever my name ended up saying, and I can’t contact a gamemaster on the forum because it says ‘You must be an active player to post’.
How can I reach out to gamemasters?

I have the account back, it’s just the only issue is the name that it was set to before I recovered it.

Play 5-10 games and wait like 30 mins and it will update your state as an active player, hapend the same to me once
I can’t because the account thief changed my name which got me banned, so I can’t play any games.

EDIT: I went through the actual support site and it was resolved quickly.
