I understand that hters so many invalid reports, but maybe if game had some anti-cheat software that would help you greatly… Again I understand sending message to someone who reported is just not it…
Also I didnt know about this so my bad I think this solves a lot of problems and its gonna make me start reporting people again. So tnx on this
Yes, I am aware of the forum’s functions. I am merely pointing out that the support agents cannot actually do much in their role of supporting people when they encounter a negative gameplay experience. Which is usually the number one place most people would think to go to when they have a problem.
Would I go to the LG forums if I had a problem with one of their products? No, unless I wanted to have a long winded and ultimately pointless diatribe about one of their products
Haha, doesn’t fit my personal experience: I often find more useful info quicker on forums instead of official support sites, even from major players like Microsoft etc…
It’s not so much as not knowing how to do something, it’s more that you think you’re doing the right thing but then not knowing that those functions in the game are ignored / not correct.
For example, this is the in-battle menu that shows when you go to stats / scoreboard and go to complain on someone:
But yet, according to that flowchart you posted, the teamkiller, passive behavior, and at least the bot options are not actionable through the in-battle report. So why are they there?
Sadly, I can not answer that, or change how this is displayed.
