Yak-41 should have Rita, GPWS in all aircraft and AOA indicator not working

Yak-41 lacks GPWS and Rita (voice warning system), I think it should have it.
“pryedielny ugol ataki” (AOA, AOA) pryedelni pieregryuska (over G)
Terrain, PullUp voices not working in any nation.

How and when could these bugs be fixed?
